The Services

We provide consumer software, including yardxsale and related applications. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, no scraping or automated access except as expressly permitted, and no infringement of others' rights.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, photos or sale listings). You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon Analytics LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
